Iii. Responsibilities
(1) The head nurse of the emergency department and the ambulance driver shall check the condition, capacity, rescue equipment and medicines of the ambulance every day.
(2) The nurse in emergency class shall check the rescue equipment and medicine of the ambulance in every shift, and make timely replacement and replenishment and registration.
(3) The nursing department shall inspect the condition, capacity, rescue equipment and medicine of the ambulance from time to time.
(4) The director of the emergency department and the head nurse shall strictly manage the ambulance. The ambulance shall only be used for medical aid and shall not be used for other purposes.
(5) The ambulance driver must keep the vehicle in good condition, neat and tidy appearance, and must leave the vehicle within 5 minutes after receiving the call. There is also a log book to record the time, place, arrival time and personnel accompanying the train.
Iv. Working procedures
(1) Upon receiving the 120 phone call, the medical staff shall immediately notify the driver and the doctor and nurse on duty, and set off within 5 minutes with the necessary rescue equipment (see "List of Ambulance Supplies"). The ambulance driver records the departure time, location, arrival time, and entourage in the exit book.
(2) Medicines, equipment and articles shall be replenished, cleaned and disinfected by the visiting nurse in time after use to keep them in good condition for reserve. The head nurse should check every day, and the emergency nurse should check every shift, and strictly implement the shift shift system, and make all kinds of registration. The emergency department director and head nurse should be reported to the emergency department in time, and the maintenance staff should be asked to repair.
(3) If an ambulance leaves the hospital to perform tasks, it must report to the hospital leader for approval.
(4) When returning to the hospital after carrying out 120 emergency tasks by bus, the visiting doctor shall report the situation of the bus to the hospital leaders and make a registration.
(5) No smoking and sundries are allowed in the car.
(6) Ambulance drivers should overhaul and maintain the vehicles regularly and clean and disinfect the ambulances, so as to keep the vehicles in good condition and running safely.
Ambulance service regulations
1. The ambulance is for medical aid and shall be sent by the hospital office. After receiving the notice, the driver should be ready for departure within 5 minutes during working time and within half an hour after work time.
2. When an ambulance performs a task, it must be equipped with medical personnel and corresponding first aid facilities and equipment.
3. The ambulance fee shall be paid according to the standard. In general, the ambulance fee shall be charged first before the ambulance is discharged. In case of emergency or call for help by telephone, the patient can get out of the car first, and the driver is responsible for urging the patient to pay the fare.
Iv. Inpatients who request to go to other hospitals for treatment or examination or consult with doctors of other hospitals for consultation or operation shall pay the fare according to the above fee standard.
V. In special cases (such as government vehicles, emergencies, medical insurance for large-scale activities, etc.), the president shall dispatch an ambulance.
6. Non-medical vehicles must be approved by the director. Those directly responsible shall be dealt with seriously and be fined at least 500 yuan.
